BioLab

The Materiability BioLab (building 05 room 026) focuses on advancing the research and creation of DIY biomaterials, such as bioplastics, mycelium or algae-based composites. Dedicated to developing sustainable material solutions, the lab enables students and researchers to lead in the crafting of eco-friendly alternatives to traditional, petroleum-based plastics. Through hands-on experimentation and interdisciplinary collaboration, the lab promotes the practical application of naturally derived materials in diverse design scenarios and applications.
